Users under 18 years of age must use the platform with the involvement, authorization, or consent of a parent or legal guardian, as required by applicable law.

Where parental consent or verification is legally required, the relevant account or service may be restricted until the applicable requirements are satisfied.

NeoBodha may suspend access where there is reasonable evidence of unauthorized access, impersonation, fraud, account sharing in violation of applicable plan conditions, or other security risks.

Users should report suspected account compromise through the official support channels.

3. User Roles and Responsibilities

NeoBodha may provide different permissions for different user roles.

Students

Students may access assigned learning resources, practice questions, mock examinations, results, analytics, and other features permitted by their accounts.

Students must use the platform honestly and comply with examination rules.

Parents and Legal Guardians

Parents or legal guardians may access student progress information where the account relationship has been appropriately established and the access is authorized under applicable law.

They are responsible for using such information appropriately and protecting the student's privacy.

Faculty Members

Authorized faculty members may create, review, manage, or publish educational content and assessments according to their assigned permissions.

Faculty members must ensure that submitted materials are accurate to the best of their knowledge and that they have the necessary rights to upload or distribute them.

Administrators and Institutions

Authorized administrators may manage users, educational content, examination schedules, question papers, results, and other institutional functions within their assigned permissions.

All users must respect role-based access controls and must not attempt to access information or functions for which they lack authorization.

4. Educational Content and Services

NeoBodha provides educational resources to support learning and examination preparation.

We make reasonable efforts to maintain the quality, accuracy, and relevance of our educational content. However, educational materials may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or differences in interpretation.

Users should verify important academic information against authoritative textbooks, official examination notifications, syllabi, and other relevant sources.

We reserve the right to update, revise, replace, or discontinue educational content and platform features as necessary.

Access to particular learning resources may depend on the user's subscription, institution, or account permissions.

5. Online Examinations and Mock Tests

NeoBodha may provide timed examinations, mock tests, practice assessments, and other examination-related features.

Users agree to follow all examination instructions, including applicable time limits, permitted materials, submission requirements, and integrity rules.

Users must not:

  • Copy or distribute examination questions without authorization.
  • Obtain or share examination answers through unauthorized means.
  • Impersonate another candidate.
  • Manipulate examination responses, timers, scores, or results.
  • Use unauthorized software, scripts, or technical methods to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Interfere with the examination process or other users' access.
  • Attempt to bypass applicable examination security controls.

Where examination monitoring or proctoring features are enabled, users must comply with the rules disclosed before the examination.

Violations may result in the cancellation of an assessment, invalidation of results, temporary suspension, or account termination, depending on the circumstances and applicable policies.

Users will be given an appropriate opportunity to raise concerns about disputed examination results or alleged violations.

6. Examination Results and Performance Analytics

NeoBodha may generate results, rankings, score reports, subject-wise performance summaries, topic-level analysis, and personalized study recommendations.

These features are intended to help users understand their learning progress and identify areas for improvement.

Performance analytics and recommendations are based on available assessment data and the methods used by the platform. They may not fully reflect a student's knowledge, ability, potential, or likely performance in an actual competitive examination.

Mock-test scores and platform-generated rankings do not guarantee equivalent scores, ranks, admissions, scholarships, or selection in actual examinations.

Users should treat recommendations as educational guidance rather than a guarantee of academic outcomes.

7. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Recommendations

NeoBodha may use automated analytical methods or artificial intelligence to support performance analysis, identify learning gaps, and recommend study activities.

Such recommendations may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for an individual student's circumstances.

Users should review recommendations critically and consult qualified teachers or academic advisers when necessary.

Automated systems do not replace professional teaching, independent learning, or official examination guidance.

Where AI-assisted features are introduced or modified, their operation will be subject to applicable privacy requirements and the disclosures presented for those features.

8. Subscriptions, Fees, and Payments

Certain NeoBodha features may be available free of charge, while others may require payment or an eligible institutional subscription.

Before completing a purchase, users will be provided with the applicable pricing, subscription duration, included features, and other material conditions.

Users agree to pay the applicable charges for services they purchase.

Payments may be processed through authorized payment service providers.

NeoBodha does not require users to disclose their payment passwords, PINs, or OTPs to customer support personnel.

8.1 Subscription Validity

Paid access will remain available for the duration and under the conditions stated in the relevant subscription or purchase details, subject to these Terms.

Unless expressly disclosed at the time of purchase, a subscription should not be assumed to renew automatically.

8.2 Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds, cancellations, subscription changes, and related requests will be handled in accordance with the refund policy presented at the time of purchase and applicable law.

Any applicable non-refundable charges must be clearly disclosed before purchase and must comply with applicable legal requirements.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Please refer to the applicable Refund and Cancellation Policy for detailed procedures and eligibility conditions.

The following activities are prohibited:

  • Uploading malicious code or attempting to compromise platform security.
  • Accessing another user's account without authorization.
  • Scraping, harvesting, or extracting platform data through unauthorized methods.

  • Uploading content that infringes intellectual property rights.

  • Disrupting the availability or performance of the platform.
  • Misusing personal information belonging to students, parents, faculty, or other users.
  • Using the platform to cheat, commit fraud, or facilitate examination misconduct.

We may investigate suspected violations and take proportionate action consistent with applicable law and our policies.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, the NeoBodha name, logo, branding, website design, software, platform features, original educational materials, question banks, graphics, and other proprietary content are owned by or licensed to Neocon Technologies.

These materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may access and use authorized educational materials for their personal learning or other expressly permitted purposes.

Without prior authorization, users must not reproduce, redistribute, commercially exploit, sell, publish, or create derivative works from protected materials, except to the extent permitted by applicable law or an applicable license.

Uploading content to NeoBodha does not automatically transfer ownership of that content to Neocon Technologies.

Users who upload content represent that they own it or have the necessary permissions to submit and use it.

By submitting content, users grant NeoBodha the limited permissions reasonably necessary to host, process, display, and distribute that content for the intended platform service, subject to applicable law and the user's rights.

Any additional use of submitted content must be supported by an appropriate legal basis or authorization.

11. Privacy and Personal Information

NeoBodha may process personal information necessary to provide and maintain its services.

Depending on the user's role and the features used, information may include:

  • Email address and contact information.
  • Account verification records.
  • Examination responses, scores, and progress data.
  • Learning activity and usage information.
  • Parent-student or faculty-student account relationships.
  • Technical, diagnostic, and security information.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the NeoBodha Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection laws.

We will apply appropriate safeguards and access controls designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss.

Where consent is required, including for children's personal data where applicable, it will be obtained in accordance with applicable law.

Users should consult the Privacy Policy for details about data collection, purposes of processing, sharing, retention, security, and applicable privacy rights.

12. Children's Accounts and Parental Involvement

NeoBodha recognizes that many users preparing for competitive examinations may be children.

Where required by applicable law, we will implement appropriate measures relating to parental or guardian consent and the processing of children's personal data.

Parents or legal guardians should ensure that children use the platform responsibly and understand the applicable learning and examination rules.

Access to student information by parents or guardians will be subject to appropriate authorization, account relationships, and applicable privacy requirements.

We will not interpret these Terms as a waiver of any rights available to children or their parents under applicable law.

13. Third-Party Services and External Links

NeoBodha may integrate with or provide links to third-party services, including payment providers, authentication services, hosting providers, communication tools, or other external resources.

Such services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We do not control all aspects of third-party services and cannot guarantee their uninterrupted availability or independent security practices.

However, this provision does not exclude any responsibility that Neocon Technologies may have under applicable law for its own conduct or obligations.

14. Service Availability and Maintenance

We aim to provide reliable access to NeoBodha but do not guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption.

Access may occasionally be affected by:

  • Scheduled maintenance or system upgrades.
  • Network or internet connectivity issues.
  • Technical failures or software defects.
  • Hosting or third-party service disruptions.
  • Cybersecurity incidents.
  • Events beyond our reasonable control.

We may temporarily restrict access when reasonably necessary to maintain security, perform maintenance, resolve technical problems, or protect users.

Where reasonably practicable, we will communicate significant planned interruptions through appropriate channels.

15. Account Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account when reasonably necessary due to:

  • Material violations of these Terms.
  • Fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
  • Examination misconduct.
  • Attempts to compromise platform security.
  • Repeated misuse of the service.
  • Legal or regulatory requirements.

Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue or challenge the decision.

Users may request account closure through the designated account settings or official support channels.

Account closure and data deletion will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable legal, security, and record-retention requirements.

Termination does not affect rights or obligations that accrued before termination or provisions that must continue to apply by their nature.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, NeoBodha is not responsible for losses arising solely from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, unauthorized use of an account caused by the user's failure to protect credentials, or a user's reliance on educational recommendations as guaranteed outcomes.

We do not guarantee admission to any educational institution, qualification, examination rank, scholarship, or employment opportunity.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence where applicable, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these Terms restricts statutory consumer rights or other protections that apply under Indian law.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, users may be responsible for losses and reasonable costs directly resulting from their unlawful conduct, infringement of third-party rights, or material breach of these Terms.

This provision does not impose liability for matters for which a user is not legally responsible, nor does it exclude any rights or protections available under applicable law.

18. Changes to the Platform or These Terms

We may modify platform features, educational resources, subscription offerings, or these Terms as our services evolve or to address operational, security, legal, or regulatory requirements.

Material changes will be communicated through appropriate means where required by law.

The revised Terms will state their effective date.

Where applicable law requires affirmative consent to a material change, we will seek that consent before applying the change.

Continued use of the platform after revised Terms become effective will be subject to the applicable legal requirements governing acceptance of those Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute arising from the use of NeoBodha will be addressed in accordance with applicable Indian law.

Subject to mandatory statutory rights and jurisdictional requirements, disputes may be brought before the competent courts or other legally authorized forums.

Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from exercising any applicable statutory right to seek redressal before a competent consumer commission or other appropriate authority.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the extent necessary to make it enforceable where legally permissible.
